Dr. John Cooney, Chairman of St. Luke’s Hospital presented the silver medal and honorarium and thanked the speaker on an excellent lecture.  There was a vey large attendance of Fellows, Members, and guests who warmly appreciated the lecture .

This being the twenty-second St. Luke’s Lecture since its beginnings in 1975.
