The President Professor Kevin O’Malley presented the silver medal and honorarim and thanked the speaker on an excellent lecture. There was a large attendance of Fellows, Members and guests who warmly appreciated the lecture.

This being the thirty-eight Graves Lecture since its beginnings in 1961.
