Dr O’Brien will discuss local addiction service configuration and the interface between primary and secondary care.

7.30 pm Dr. Mike Kelleher, Consultant in addiction psychiatry, South Lambeth & Maudsley NHS Trust

The Journey of British Addictions: A Tale of Three Party Leaders

Dr Kelleher will discuss the evolution of addiction services in the UK

8.30pm – 9.30pm Panel Discussion _ Where does addiction belong?

There will be a facilitated discussion on the role and future of addiction services in Ireland, in particular in HSE South.

This meeting is supported by an unrestricted educational grant from a pharmaceutical company.
